Frazier is an authority on multi-media strategies and is a resilient business leader who uses collaborative multimedia, emerging technologies, and compelling narratives to drive success. With over 20 years of international marketing, he brings experience working with some of the nation’s largest Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, and government agencies. He brings a track record in public relations and crisis communications to deliver aligning insights, mission, brand, strategy, process, and discipline. Frazier uses his strategic know-how and longstanding relationships to deliver exceptional results with the consistent, high-quality service clients expect.

During his tenure as Communications and Website Services Manager for Collier County Public Schools, he delivered multi-media strategies and new media initiatives serving 61 schools comprising 7,000 district employees and nearly 50,000 students. Frazier fosters a rewarding culture of excellence, integrity, and creativity, empowering his team to achieve individual and collective potential. In addition, Frazier enjoys working with entrepreneurs, developing strategies, and maintaining expert knowledge of the media landscape. His experience runs the gamut of being able to operationalize big ideas and pull them through with strategic execution.

A native from Martinsville, Virginia, Frazier holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Computer Animation, with a concentration in Video, from Savannah College of Art and Design. Outside of work, Frazier is actively involved in volunteering to local, national, and international non-profits that support causes that serve families and children.
